Jensen´s Bøfhus is a Danish restaurant chain. There is 39 restaurants in Denmark, Sweden and Germany. The chains sales in 2006 was 550.2 MDKK and they have about 600 employees. In Sweden there are 8 restaurants in Malmö, Örebro, Jönköping, Göteborg, Borås, Västerås och Stockholm.
The chain´s history began in 1984 with restaurant Beef España in Aarhus. The namne was, in line with an expansion in 1990, changed to Jensen Bøfhus. The name refers to its founder, Palle Skov Jensen.
