Requisition
Once the order has been approved and placed, account coding and required approvals are defined for efficient processing of the invoice. Baltzer Contract enables the user to verify amounts against the terms of the contract when placing the order.

Registration of incoming goods can be made manually or automatically and Baltzar facilitates matching controls against the purchase order and invoice.
Free Text or Item
With the Baltzar Buyer purchasing system, it is no longer necessary to maintain long article lists or price lists. The system makes it easy to place orders by entering free text or pre-defined article numbers.
