Registration
With Baltzar Contract, agreements with suppliers are scanned or imported electronically. In the Contract webpage, the terms, conditions and other important information is registered. The required approvals and authorizations during processing can also be set up at this time.
Monitoring
With the automatic reminder functions, contracts are monitored for important events such as the date for renegotiation, extension and termination. With automatic monitoring provides security and control.
Links
Baltzar Contract and Baltzar Buyer interact to provide important controls between requisitions and purchase orders. All amounts can be verified against the invoice and terms of the agreement. It is also possible to set up standing orders which are later verified in Baltzar Invoice.
